5.8. Handstand to forward roll

This skill requires a good handstand.

Follow these steps to perform the handstand to forward roll:

1. Perform the handstand skill, holding it for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Round your shoulders, tuck your chin and bend your arms.
3. Do a forward roll.
4. Finally, stand up.
