You are going to perform this gymnastics ability in pairs.
Follow these steps to perform the wheelbarrow forward roll:
1. Student one, set up in pushup position.
2. Student two, stand behind your partner’s feet and lift Student one’s legs by his/her calves.
3. Student one, bring the chin to the chest at the same time that Student two lifts Student one’s legs and pushes forward and lets his/her legs go.
4. Student one, roll progressively through the spine and stand up.
