Follow these steps to perform the forward roll:
1. Bend down and put your hands on the mat.
2. Bring the chin to your chest.
3. Use the hands to support the body.
4. Make floor contact with the back of the head, NOT the top.
5. Roll progressively through the spine.
6. Finally, stand up.
