It is time to introduce some gymnastics jumps using the minitrampoline or trampette.
It will be a very funny activity and NOT dangerous at all, if you follow these easy rules:

1. Before performing the jump, you have to mentally visualize yourself doing it.

2. Run towards the minitrampoline and jump on it with both knees stretched. If you bend your knees, you will stop and could hurt your lower back.

3. Try to jump upwards as high as possible. Don't jump forwards. You are going to go forwards anyway.

4. Try to stay in the air 2-3 seconds.

5. Land on the crash-mat standing up with both feet together.

6. After performing a forward somersault, you can land on your back.

Are you ready to have fun? Then, let's go!

After jumping over the minitrampoline and while you are in the air, you have to perform some positions or postures.

This is a teamwork.

Follow these steps to do this task:

1. Put yourselves in groups of 3-5 students each.
2. Have a look at the table below and read the words.
3. Talk to your mates about the meaning of each one. All of them are related to postures after jumping over the minitrampoline and before landing on the crash-mat.
4. Use Wordreference to look up words that you don't know.
5. Use Wordreference to check the pronunciation of these words.
6. Perform each posture on the floor.
7. Ask the teacher if you are right.
