The 10x5 metre shuttle test measures your speed and agility.
Follow these steps to perform the 10x5 metre sprint test:
- You need marker cones and/or lines five metres apart.
- Warm up by jogging on the spot. Then get ready at the start line.
- When the teachers says “GO”, sprint as fast as you can to the end line and back. Both feet must cross both lines. This is one cycle.
- Do five cycles, turning as fast as you can each time.
- Your total time is recorded in seconds.
