The aim of the 20 metre sprint test is to determine acceleration and maximum running speed.

Follow these steps to perform this test:

1. Stand behind the start line.
2. Start running as fast as you can when the teacher says “GO”.
3. Slow down after crossing the finish line.
4. Your partner will record your time in seconds.
5. After resting, you can do the test again.
6. The final score is the best time of the two.
