The aim of this test is to know your abdominal strength.

You have to perform as many sit-ups as possible in 30 seconds.

This is the method to perform the sit-ups test:

  1. Lie on the mat with your hands touching your head above the ears or crossed over your chest, knees bent at 90º and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Get your partner to hold your feet down.
  3. Raise your body until your elbows are past your knees. Then lower yourself to the mat again. This is one sit-up.
  4. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds.
