This test requires you to run as far as possible in 12 minutes.
Follow these steps to perform this test:
- Measure your pulse before the test.
- Warm up for 10 minutes.
- Start running when the teacher says“GO”.
- Listen to the teacher telling you how long it takes you to run each lap.
- Stop running when the teacher blows the whistle, after 12 minutes.
- Measure your pulse as soon as you finish the test.
- Rest for 2 minutes and measure your pulse again.
- Stretch for 5 minutes.
- Finally, record the distance and your pulse before running, after running and after resting for 2 minutes.
