ANALOG CLOCK:

• O'clock (en punto) -----> It's eight o'clock.
• A quarter past (e cuarto) -----> It's a quarter past eight. 
• Half past (e media) -----> It's half past eight. 
• A quarter to (menos cuarto) -----> It's a quarter to nine. 

When the minutes past from 0 to 30, we say 'past'...  Example: It's twelve past eight (8:12) .

When the minutes past from 31 to 59, we say 'to'...  Example: It's twenty-five to nine (8:35). 

DIGITAL CLOCK:

We read the hours and the minutes. If the minutes are something less than ten, we add 'oh' in the place of the zero. Example: 8:06 It's eight oh six. 

7:00 It's seven o'clock. 

7:15 It's seven fifteen.
