This is a team-task.
The aim of this task is to design your own yoga routine.
Follow these steps to do your project:
- Make groups with 3-4 students.
- Watch the videos again and look at the pictures included in this unit, if you want to.
- Talk to your group about the music that you are going to use for your yoga routine.
- You have to include some asanas or postures from the different types.
- Think at home which asanas you want to propose to your group.
- Join the group and share your ideas.
- Change whatever you think best to improve your routine.
- Finally, practice your routine as many times as you need to.
- If you are ready, your teacher will record your yoga routine in your PE class.
- Edit the video including a title, subtitles and other elements you want to. Your Technology teacher can help you.
- Send the video to your teacher or upload it on the internet and share the link.
