8.6. Inverted postures

These postures reverse the effects of gravity and strengthen the upper body.

After inverted postures the normal circulatory patterns are restored with new vitality.

Inverted postures also strengthen the upper body and nervous system.

They require focus and concentration and create clarity of perception and calm.
