These challenging postures strenghten your body, especially your hands, wrists, arms, shoulders and abdominal core.

Like balancing postures they required strenght and stamina.

Like standing postures they increase vigor and mental alertness.

You will find that you can progress toward the final postures while repeating the benefits along the way.
