ON:
- With days of the week, we use ON:
Example: I go to the beach on Sundays.
- With dates, we also use ON:
Example: My birthday is on the 28th of March.
IN:
- With months of the year, we use IN:
Example: My birthday is in January.
- With some parts of the day, we also use in:
Examples:
I go to school in the morning.
I read comics in the afternoon.
I have dinner in the evening.
But
I go to sleep at night.
- With seasons of the year, we also use in:
Examples:
I go to Canary Islands in summer.
I celebrate Christmas in winter.
AT:

Examples:

I have lunch at midday. (MIDDAY= MEDIODÍA)
