NON TRADITIONAL ADAPTATIONS
|
|||||||||||||
There are innumerable adaptations of works which are mainly audiovisual: cartoons, films, and comic books. In many occasions they do not have a literary intention, but above all they serve as a publicity bait for other products. There is a film premiere and, immediately afterwards, there appear book versions to trap the audience who enjoyed it. Film companies like Disney, Dreamworks and others use the book as one more element to expand the benefits of films. In some other occasions, they are worldwide famous TV series, such us Shin Chan, Dragon Ball, etc. |
