Projects
These are different types of activities that you can perform. Your teacher will help you decide which one is the most suitable for you.
A) Now that you have learnt the concepts (how voice takes place, the different types of voices, the voice ensembles) it is time to explain them to the rest of students with your own words. You can use the blackboard or a slideshow or make a poster to illustrate your ideas.
B) In this unit you have learnt a lot about instruments and vocal ensembles. Think about the groups or singers you like. Analyse their music, voice and type of group regarding to the number of performers. Create a small slideshow to tell the information to the rest of the classroom. Use canva , zoho or Libre Office Impress.
C) Let's create a choir. On the left you have some basic instructions and besides, there are some links with information about steps to take: link 1, link 2, link 3. Don't forget to think about the type of music you want to perform, the choir's name, rehearsal time and place, number of performers, dress code and set a goal for the first performance (it may be as easy as a school festival). In this unit's rehearsing section, you can also find an exercise about creating rules for rehearsing and performing sessions.
