There are some actions that official regulations allow in floorball.

Follow these steps to do this task about what is allowed in floorball:

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO...
Hit or dribble the ball with both sides of the stick. Stop the ball with your foot, chest or stick. Play the ball off the walls.
Have the stick in the goal area but only if the ball is in this area already. Take the ball from a member of the opposing team using the stick. Kick the ball towards your own stick. It can only be done once.
