Melodic reading practice 2

gif bongoThere are two more exercises below. Sing the notes aloud taking care of performing the right pitch and perform the right hand movements corresponding to the time signature. The first part is the major scale and the second one is the melody in a minor scale. Rehearse enough till you have no doubts and can perform properly and fluently.

 Exercise 3: major key

You will have to work with these element in this exercise: consecutive notes (the scale), articulation, and accentuation (portato, accent, tenuto, fermata), as well as dynamics.

 Exercise 3: minor key

As you have done previously, listen and imitate the melody till you can do it accurately.

Exercise 4: major key

Now you have to work on consecutive notes (the scale), articulation, and accentuation (accent, staccato, slur), as well as dynamics.

Again, you have to listen to the same tune but in a minor key and imitate it.
