1. Look at this piece from the tune Tideo.

Try to perform this fragment using the hand percussion movements  that you can see in the video below. Practise till you can do it quickly to follow the score.

Now try to perform that hand percussion all through the bars in the score.

2. The second step is to change the score. Substitute the quavers  with semiquavers, the value of the notes keeps on being the same.
