Taking care of our health is one of the most important things in our life. If we are healthy we will enjoy life in a better way and we will have less diseases.
It is essential to mantain some healthy habits in our daily routines, this can include:
- Sleeping: we must sleep for at least eight hours per day.
- Eating healthy: we should follow a well balanced diet which includes carbohydrates, proteins and fats. It is also very important to eat between three and five fruits in a day.
- Exercise: we have to move our body and do exercise every day. You can do it by yourself at home or you can practice a team sport like basketball, hockey or football.
- Hygiene: in addition to this you have to take care of your personal hygiene to be healtlhy. This includes taking a shower every day, brushing your teeth and washing your hands before eating.
- Social life: humans are social animals. We need to be in contact with other people and share our expericencies. Talk to your relatives and with your friends about things you like and things you are worried about. Having friends and doing social activities is a key to have a happy life!
