Fight for your rights!
Malala was born in 1997 in Urdu (Pakistan). She is a famous female and education activist. She lived with her two brothers, her parents and two chickens. She was educated by her father who is a poet and a teacher. She appeared in TV and newspapers defending the basic right of education especially for girls. In Pakistan, girls have many problems when they go to school. In 2012 some men tried to kill Malala when she was taking the bus from school to go home. They shot her in the head and she was very ill for a long time.
She recovered and worked for world peace and women rights. She received the Nobel Peace Prize when she was 17 years old! Malala said that she always wanted a magic pen, because a pen is a very simple thing, but it has magic powers. As Malala said “One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world”.
