Rehearsing famous melodies
| The Czech composer Antonín Dvořák (1841-1904) wrote the Symmphony No. 9 inE minor, also called From the New World in1893 while he was working in the National Conservatory of Music of America, New York City. He got really interested in Native American music and his symphony was influenced by Indian melodies, but he also added them modern rhythms and orchestral colours. | |||||
RecorderYou have the video to follow the arrangement of the Symphony No. 9 in E minor (From the New World) and the score for recorder, xylophone and glockenspiel in the first tab. In the second tab you can find the score for marimba, xylophone and glockenspiel score and finally the score for voice, xylophone and glockenspiel. Your teacher will tell you if all students play the same instruments or you can use mixed instruments and voice. You can download the score by clicking on the previous intrument names.
