Reading, memorizing, singing and keeping silent

Question

This is a melody to sing. Study it, memorize it and sing the notes. While doing that, keep the beat with hand movements according to the time signature. Don't forget to pay attention to accidentals and all the elements in the score. There are also some questions about the music notation which are related to the theory studied so far.

Part 1: The Barcarolle: score + sound + video

gif accordionA Barcarolle is a traditional folk song performed by Venetian gondoliers. One of the most famous examples is Jacques Offenbach's (1819–1880) The Barcarolle, which was originally composed for his earlier opera Rheinnixen but later included in the opera The Tales of Hoffmann. As the composer died before completing the opera, Ernest Guiraud, a family friend, and Offenbach's son completed it and placed The Barcarolle in the third act.

Part 3: The Barcarolle: accompaniment

gif Spanish guitarThe next step is singing the whole song by only listening to the accompaniment. This is a new stage. By now you should be able to sing all the bars if you have rehearsed enough part 1 (listening to the complete melody) and part 2 (listening to the melody but with some silent bars).
