You have to keep the beat and practise crotchets and crotchet rests in two ways:
1. Vocal performance: say "ta" for crotchets and keep silent when there is a rest.
2. Body percussion: clap your hands for crotchets and pat your knees when there is a rest.
Once you have performed the four exercises, watch the videos to check. Repeat the exercises till you can do them properly. These exercises will help you focus and improve your coordination and music memory.
