Do you like sports? Do you do any physical activities? If so, are they planned or are they spontaneous activities? What do you do them for?

Your trainer or physical education teacher is responsible for planning each session to achieve some goals. The most important thing is to learn and enjoy these sports and physical activities avoiding injuries at all times.

Of course, it is important to be active playing some games or sports with your friends when it's just for pleasure. However, these do not have a specific purpose.

This unit is about how PE sessions are structured in order to get some goals with the minimum of risk and injury.
