1.2. Warm up: about joints

Our body has more than 360 joints. Some of them are vital in our daily lives.

You are going to learn the name and location of the main joints.

These joints allow us to be flexible by lubricating our bones to supply movement without friction.

Have a look at the picture of the body to know where the joints are. These will be included in our PE session.
