APPLES, PEACHES

The following skipping rhyme is very short because you have to continue the lyrics saying the months of the year.

Apples, peaches, pears and plums,

Tell me when your birthday comes.

(Then you skip really fast while you say the months of the year, trying not to get "out" until the month of your birthday).

Can you write the months of the year in order? Then listen and play!

In this rhyme the people swinging the rope have to count until the skipper messes up.

Cinderella, dressed in yellow
Went upstairs to kiss her fellow
Made a mistake
And kissed a snake
How many doctors
Did it take?
One, two, three, four, five . . .

Do you remember the names of these numbers? Then, listen and play!
