Tug of war

Material Required: A long rope with a red mark in the middle of the rope and two white marks on either sides of the rope.

Goal of this game: Pull a lot to cross with our white mark the center point.

How to play:

1. Divide the number of players into two equal groups with similar weight.
   
2. Everyone must grab the rope with both hands alternately on both sides at the distance of 4 m.from the center line.
3. On the go signal, everyone must pull as much as possible.
4. As soon as our white mark of the rope crosses over the center line, we win.
