2.3. Sun Salutation for stretching

It is important and necessary to stretch before and after practising exercises and sports. One of the best exercises for stretching is practising the Sun Salutation, a yoga activity which develops flexibility, concentration and relaxation.

With this yoga activity you will also learn to synchronize movement with breathing, while concentrating on each posture in this routine. It takes only five minutes and it helps prepare the body and mind for the following exercise.
