Question

This is an exercise to identify notes, rests, to memorize notes, to sing and to count silent bars and still be able to follow the melody. When you have finished going through the four parts, answer the questions related to the score and the music theory studied till now.

Part 1: score

Have a look a look at the voice stave, read it several times and make sure you can identify all the notes. Pay attention to dotted notes and slurs . Once you are ready, sing the notes aloud.

Part 2: score+sound

Now the same but with the help of the piano sound file. It is easier, isn't it?

It could even be easier. Now you have the score and the video to follow it.

Part 4: silence

1. Have you learnt the melody? Start singing the voice line, keep singing the notes uring the silent bars while you follow the beat in your gif glockenspiel head. Use the sound file as a cue.
