Warm and cool colours

We use warm colours to represent warmth, danger, anger, love... and cool colours for freshness, calm, nature...

Remember, in the colour wheel warm colours are red, yellow and orange and cool colours are green, blue and purple:

These paintings were made with either warm or cool colours. Think about the feelings and sensations that warm or cool colours produce on you.
