2.-INFINITIVE WITH "TO":

The "To Infinitive" is used:
a) As the subject in a sentence when we are talking about a concrete situation:
Ex: To buy this house would be a mistake.
b) After most verbs. Here you have some examples:
Afford, Agree, Appear, Arrange, Choose, Decide, Hope, Manage, Plan, Prepare, Promise, Refuse, Volunteer, Want.

c) After an adjective:
Ex: We were all glad to see her

d) After an adjective used with too or enough:
Ex: My son isn't old enough to drive.

e) After a name:
Ex: She made a last attempt to win the race.
