Film music fun!
What do you know about film music?
I bet you like going to the cinema and watching films at home. Which ones are your favourites? And have you ever thought about how the music in these films makes them better?
In this project we are going to learn about the way music can make a film more exciting, or sadder, or happier..... We will hear many good soundtracks, study famous film music composers, and learn about the origins of film music and about some of the techniques used in this type of composition. We are also going to play and sing famous film music, do our own arrangements, compose melodies, and discover how we can manipulate music in film scenes by editing our own videos.
