European Citizen Card Board Game

There are 28 countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. Check you know where they are in the following map.
It is time to play and learn. This is a board game to get the European Citizen Card. If you can answer questions about Europe you can win. Read the instructions and start!

1. The Board is the map you have above. Print it in colour, A4 size at least.

2. You will also need a dice per group, a token (you can use small pieces of paper painted in different colours) and twelve golden stars for each group.

3. In pairs make questions that the rest of students will have to answer. They may be about politics, sport, geography, culture, the EU, History etc. Each pair should write at least eight questions.

4. You have to make sure you can make questions properly. It is time to use your notebooks, books and a dictionary to check how to make questions and to revise the meaning of question words.
